You can enjoy a great meal at Bolette, our lovely à la carte restaurant that takes its name from Bolette Helmers Olsen, the woman who laid the foundations of hotel management in Florø back in the 19th century. She built the first hotel building in Florø in the same place where Hotell Victoria is located today. The restaurant’s concept is simple – it’s all about easy, planet-friendly and enjoyable dining! We seek to create a natural and welcoming venue for all kinds of occasions. It should feel easy and fun to pop in for a coffee, cocktail or a delicious meal!
