    Start by checking in at Clarion Hotel Sea U and enjoy fluffy pillows and crisp, fresh sheets. At 7:00 PM, the evening continues with a seven-course New Year’s Eve menu at AMA, featuring Swedish flavours with an Asian twist at their finest – vendace roe, Swedish oysters and halibut are just some of the highlights awaiting you throughout the evening.

    Upon arrival at AMA, the evening begins with a glass of cava, and when the clock strikes midnight, we raise our glasses with champagne – the perfect way to welcome the New Year.

    If you would like to complement your dinner, a wine pairing featuring four carefully selected glasses is also available, perfectly matched to the menu (ordered and paid for on site).
