Clarion Hotel® Aviapolis is an elegant and modern conference hotel that is ideal for both business and leisure. The hotel is conveniently located near the Aviapolis station, just a short train ride from the airport.
The hotel features 258 spacious and beautifully designed rooms, as well as 12 flexible meeting spaces ideal for hosting meetings, seminars, parties, dinners, exhibitions or car shows even! Between 1 September and 20 December 2024, conference guests are welcome to park free of charge in the Kolmioparkki garage, the courtyard or the outdoor parking facility next to Ilmailumuseo. Please provide your parking ticket to the hotel reception before you leave the hotel. If you park at Kolmioparkki, please register your vehicle license plate with a member of staff in our conference centre.

You can also shake off the day's stresses and unwind in our hotel's gym and sauna. Our spacious gym features a range of cardio and weightlifting equipment, and it is open from morning to evening, so you can squeeze in your workout whenever it suits you best!
If you have some time after your meetings, we highly recommend spending a few hours exploring Helsinki, which is just a quick 30-minute train ride away. One must-see spot is the tranquil Kaisaniemi Botanic Garden, located near Helsinki Central Station. The station is also within easy reach of a number of museums, theatres, shops and the Helsinki Music Centre. If you happen to have a free evening during your stay, we recommend you to book a ticket to see a theatre or music show!
If you only have an hour to spare, head to the Aviation Museum, just opposite the hotel, where you can familiarise yourself with Finnish aviation history and perhaps even try the flight simulator!

The View is our largest space with a capacity for up to 250 people making it ideal for presentations, lectures, dinners and small trade fairs.
The View is a perfect space for many different kind of events! The View can be transformed to suit conferences, gala dinners and product launches. You can even drive vehicles into the space!
We have big meeting rooms with plenty of options! Our spaces can be used for both conferences and dinners. Art 1 and Art 2 can be divided into two separate meeting rooms for 55 guests each.
Art 1 and Art can either be used as two separate rooms for workshops, seminars and group sessions for up to 55 people, or as a combined space for up to 108 people.
The Taste meeting room is situated on the 1st floor of the hotel and has large windows that look out onto the park behind hotel. The Taste venue is excellent space for meetings with up to 72 people or dinners for 60 guests seated at round tables.
Our Innovation and Process rooms are ideal for groups of up to 30 people, perfect for team sessions, brainstorming and blue-sky thinking.
Our small meeting rooms are suitable for meetings of between 6-16 people. All the rooms have a unique look and design.
