For those of you looking for a venue to host a meeting, congress, interview, kick-off or conference, we have made things easy by creating an overview of the facilities available in your preferred destinations. If you’d like to organise a quick drink in a bar or a nice meal in a restaurant, you can find more detailed information about what’s available on site on each respective hotel’s website. The map provides a quick indication of each hotel’s location. Go ahead and choose between wonderful destinations in natural settings or bustling city centres. It’s your choice!

Book a meeting room online!

You can now book a meeting room online. View 360° images, get information about specific rooms and tailor your venue to suit your needs. Once you have searched for your chosen destination, dates and the number of participants, you will see specific hotels with information about prices and availability. Some hotels will allow you to book a venue directly, while others will get back to you with a quote. If you choose to book and pay straight away, please enter your contact details, as well as the name of the company and meeting organiser. You can choose to select food and beverages under “Additional products”, and you can make special requests under “Further information”. Do you need accommodation as well? Then it’s ideal that your conference will be hosted at a hotel! Just let us know how many single and/or double rooms you need, and we’ll help everyone to get a great night’s sleep.
