The Clarion Collection Hotel Astoria has four different meeting rooms that can be used for conferences, presentations, meetings and workshops. All rooms have access to complimentary WiFi and are equipped with a PC projector and quality sound system.

Odden is the largest of all our four spaces and can accommodate up to 70 guests in cinema-style seating and up to 55 guests in classroom-style seating. This large space can be used for presentations and workshops and can be blacked out if necessary.

We have two medium-sized meeting rooms at the hotel. Koigen can accommodate up to 50 people with theatre seating and 35 people with classroom seating. Vika can accommodate up to 20 people with theatre seating and 16 people with classroom seating.

Capacity

Both rooms are naturally lit but can be blacked out if you prefer. Pens and notepads are provided to capture thoughts and help ideas flourish!

Holmen is the smallest of the meeting rooms and is designed for boardroom meetings and interviews. The room can comfortably seat up to 12 guests round the table. There is a whiteboard for guests to use and pens and notepads are provided.
