On 1 July 2024, we will be opening a brand new 2000-sqm conference centre, as well as expanding to offer 327 hotel rooms. The hotel will feature brand new facilities and top quality technical equipment throughout.
With huge window panes, cosy lounge areas and elegant design, we hope to be a clear favourite when it comes to picking the venue for your next conference! There'll be space for up to 830 popcorn-munching guests in our largest conference room, in addition to another 18 meeting rooms of varying sizes.
Far from the airport, you think? Far from it, we say! The hotel is just 40 minutes away, and we offer shuttle buses for groups both to and from the hotel.

Our new conference centre will offer 2000m² of modern facilities spread over several floors. Guests will experience elegant design and cosy lounge furniture with high quality rooms providing the perfect setting for excellent meetings.
The Tiller Scene is the ideal venue for large events. This is the largest of our meeting rooms offering 750m² of space with a ceiling height of 6.5m, which can easily be adapted to suit your specific needs.
The Tiller Scene is a flexible meeting space featuring elegant design, 5 project canvases and a ceiling height of 6.5 metres.
This space can accommodate up to 650 guests with classroom seating or up to 830 people with theatre seating. It can also be divided into 4 smaller areas.
The Tiller Scene is a great venue for gala dinners, as well as informal buffet dinners.
Our large meeting rooms, Panorama and Skjetne, provide 120m² of floor space for up to 140 people. The rooms feature modern interior design and large panoramic windows that allow in plenty of natural light. The rooms are situated next to the lounge.
The medium-sized meetings rooms, Kroppan and Kattem, are ideal for gatherings of up to 70 people. The rooms are conveniently situated right next to our elegant lounge, where participants can help themselves to popcorn and soft scoop ice cream!
We have 3 boardrooms featuring elegant design. These rooms are an ideal place to host meetings for up to 12-16 people. We also have 6 smaller rooms for up to 10 people.
Tasty snacks are available all day to keep energy levels from flagging. Pastries, fruits, ice cream and popcorn as well as coffee, tea and water are all provided. Menus and full course meals can be arranged for special events, just get in touch.
