Clarion Hotel The Hub
Clarion Hotel The Hub has the ability to arrange congresses and conferences to an extent that has not yet been possible in central Oslo.
The hotel is located next to the major train and subway stations in the city, and has a new and flexible congress hall (900 sqm). The conference facilities include brand new, state of the art technology for audio, lighting and photography/video, as well as flexible panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that can be opened up to bring in larger exhibits such as cars. The hotel also has 22 flexible meeting rooms including 10 boardrooms, a large VIP room (80 sqm) and a podcast meeting space designed for creative thinking.

Our flexible congress hall with hi-tech solutions and stunning design will provide opportunities for large events. With ca 900 sq.m., there’s room for 1150 people in cinema style setup. The room can be divided in 3 parts and has a 6.10-metre ceiling.
There is a single wall that can be lifted and thus connects the congress hall with an 850 sq.m. mingle area. There is a flexible ceiling-to-floor window that can be opened to lift in large items, e.g. a car. A backstage room is attached to the congress hall.
On the first floor there are three conference rooms of approximately 100 sq.m. that can be linked to flexible variants to suit your conference perfectly. There is also a mingle area, as well as hi-tech solutions and great details.
On the 2nd floor there is an oval VIP room of approximately 80 sq.m., giving an extra inspiring atmosphere to your meeting. On the same floor there is a mingle area and terrace.
The "Think outside the Box" meeting room was developed as part of a design contest. It's definitely worth a visit if you want a creative twist to your meeting!
The hotel has 5 top-notch modern meeting rooms ranging from 35 to 55 sq.m. All rooms are of course equipped with the latest in presentation technology, and there is a mingle area and terrace on the same floor.
We have 10 boardrooms, approx. 25 sq. m., perfect for smaller meetings. With comfortable design and the latest in presentation technology, productive and inspiring meetings are guaranteed. There is a separate mingle area on the floor and a terrace.
