Welcome to Clarion Collection Hotel Mektagonen! You’ll find our newly refurbished meeting rooms just a few minutes from central Gothenburg, with excellent conference facilities for both small and large events for up to 60 people.
Our seven meeting rooms are conveniently located right next to the reception. We'll help you arrange coffee breaks (“fika”), as well as lunch, dinner and beverages as part of your event in our charming restaurant that oozes “hygge”. If you'd like to stay over as part of your event, guests can enjoy both our breakfast and dinner buffets here at the hotel. There's free WiFi available all over the hotel to ensure that you'll be connected throughout your stay! It's easy to get here too, as the hotel is located near public transport links.
Our largest meeting room can accommodate up to 60 people with theatre seating.
This flexible meeting room can be furnished to meet your needs with classic classrom seating layout or islands, for example. The room can accommodate up to 24 people.
Our five smaller meeting rooms all feature boardroom seating with a capacity for up to 14 people.
We can provide coffee breaks (“fika”), as well as lunch, dinner and beverages as part of your event in our charming restaurant that oozes “hygge”. We’re also happy to arrange meals at the city’s excellent restaurants.
