At Comfort Hotel Kista you will find 3 different meeting rooms. You can hold meetings, workshops and seminars in our new and modern meeting room that seats up to 45 guests. If you like, you can also record podcasts in our very own podcast room. Between the meetings you can make your way to the lobby on the first floor for a break, hang out with colleagues in the Barception or have a coffee or beer.
We cannot promise you good ideas, but we can promise you the perfect atmosphere for thinking, the best environment to work in a group and socialise, the tools you need to focus, food that will give you the energy to create, and the best beds to dream up new ideas. At Comfort Hotel Kista we give you just what you need, without any unnecessary frills. We have selected services, urban design and respect for the environment and the people around us.
The Comfort Hotel Kista offers well-equipped and modern meeting rooms in central Kista. Record a podcast, hold a board meeting or arrange a seminar. The options are endless!
Our largest meeting room of 70 square metres can seat 20 people in boardroom setup. The room has a large window with natural light, lounge furniture, mini kitchen, a 55’’ TV, Google Chromecast, wifi and more.
Do you want to document the meeting or are you a podcaster? Come to Comfort Hotel Kista. The room is 20 square metres, soundproofed, has 4 RØDE microphones and a Scarlett audio interface. All you need to bring is your voice and computer.
We have two 20-sqm rooms with boardroom seating for up to 10 people. Each room has a large window that allows in plenty of natural light, as well as a 55" TV that can be used for presentations.
With or without food? The choice is yours. With food? We fill the fridge with everything you need for 1 hour, 3 hours, half or a full day. Lunch and snacks? You'll find them in the fridge and you decide yourself when it's time for a break.
