We have 3 meeting rooms at Comfort Hotel® Kista, ideal for conferences, workshops and seminars. The largest of these meeting rooms that accommodate up to 45 people standing or 20 seated guests. We also have a convenient podcast room for those who would like to make a recording. Between meetings, you can make your way to the lobby on the first floor to hang out with your colleagues and enjoy some refreshments in the Barception!

Our largest meeting room (40m²) can accommodate up to 45 people standing or 20 seated guests with a boardroom layout. The room features lounge furniture, a kitchen, a 75-inch TV screen, video conferencing equipment, WiFi and a large window.
Do you want to document the meeting or are you a podcaster? Come to Comfort Hotel Kista. The room is 13 square metres, soundproofed, has 4 RØDE microphones and a Scarlett audio interface. All you need to bring is your voice and computer.
Our small meeting room (13m²) can accommodate up to 10 people with a boardroom layout. The room features a 55-inch TV screen that is ideal for presentations and a large window that allows in plenty of daylight!
With or without food? The choice is yours. With food? We fill the fridge with everything you need for 1 hour, 3 hours, half or a full day. Lunch and snacks? You'll find them in the fridge and you decide yourself when it's time for a break.
