Misunderstood "green politic": Too low waterpressue in the shower. Automatic current shot down in the night made it impossible to charge cellphone while sleeping.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Lilla Robert’s. The hotel is huge! Very central for getting around Helsinki. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby is really funky and welcoming. The hotel is a bit tricky to navigate as it’s so big but it’s a fun adventure! The room was beautifully decorated with big old style windows. The staff were able to open a window for us with a key which was a real bonus as lots of hotels have locked windows and no fresh air. Bed was very comfy. The tv was a little small. Breakfast was in a beautiful setting and tasty.

Fabulous and relaxing

Stayed here for two nights to rest after a long-haul flight. Absolutely fabulous, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff were friendly and the service was brilliant. We felt at home and welcomed. Breakfast was lovely too, and I like their policy on food waste. It's very important for sustainability that we only plate up what we eat.

This excellent, centrally located hotel, ticks all the boxes.

The hotel was way to find and is walking distance from pretty much everywhere you'd want to go in Helsinki. Reception staff gave a warm welcome and were efficient and always on hand. We had a 'style' room which was a good size. Bed and linen exceptionally comfortable. Bathroom large and the shower was powerful and easy to control. Breakfast rates up there with some of the best we've had in a hotel. I honestly can't find anything to fault!
