The hotel's bar and bistro, The Social, is situated right by the water with a fantastic view of Vågen and Bryggen. Here we serve classic bistro dishes with a modern twist. A wide terrace stretches along the sea side and around the restaurant. On sunny days we recommend having both breakfast, lunch and dinner out here. End your meal at the bar sofas for a perfectly rounded off evening.

Conferences and overnight stays aren't all we have to offer. You can also look to us for private events such as weddings, confirmations, anniversaries or other special days. Sjøkanten is our most popular venue. It has its own terrace with views of Vågen bay, Bryggen and Mount Fløyen. Perfect for a wedding in Bergen.
