Comfort Hotel® Union Brygge

Suffocating in the room. It’s probably about 26°C in my room right now. No air flow. I spoke to Ian at the front desk. Real nice guy. He tried to get me a fan and he ended up finding one but it was broken. Not his fault but what a bad choice of hotel after travelling for 20 hours to attend a conference. I wish my first night in Norway would have been a much better one…

Visited this hotel for a night with my family because of its location. Located close to the union scene, walking distance from Bragernes torg, Drammensbadet etc. Food store is close if needed as well. Nice walk across the Ypsilon bridge to a nice playground for kids. The hotel has a free (in the weekends) outdoor parking place 300 m away just make sure to pick up a spesific "parking ticket" from the hotel barception in advance that need to be put in the car window while parked. The breakfast was okay. Just what I needed, not more, not less. The room was clean, wifi working well. It has a "self in- and out checking".

This was our first stay in Norway and the hotel choice was great! The breakfast was amazing, the staff was genuinely nice and welcoming, the location of the hotel is very good. The staff was also very helpful, whenever we needed anything, they were amazingly kind.

The hotel didnt provide anything fully, it only cares to remind you that this is a low cost hotel, both in terms of the cleaning service once every 3 days and also in the cold and unpleasant attitude of the staff, especially the kitchen staff with the poor menu at breakfast In addition, the hotel is very expensive for the value And unfortunately gave me a bad business experience for a whole week

And how much you will get the minimum possible because you came to stay there The staff in the kitchen are not nice, the staff at the reception are charming, courteous and helpful It turns out that the name comfort is a low level and hotels with the name quality is much higher In conclusion, a very poor and very expensive hotel. not recommended
