Check in & out
Check-in starts at 3pm, and check-out is no later than noon every day. We will of course keep your luggage safe while you enjoy a round of golf or a spa session while waiting to check in.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is always included in the room rate.
Can I park at the hotel?
We have a 280 spot parking lot to accommodate our guests, including 10 handicap parking spots and 10 docking stations for electrical vehicles. Parking is 130 NOK per day.
Do you offer transport to and from Oslo Airport Gardermoen?
Yes, shuttle buses are available every weekday. During weekends you may book transport by contacting us directly. See the Lily Shuttle Bus schedule here.
Is admission to Lily Spa included?
No, entrance to the spa is not included in the room rate. But you may order spa packages and treatments on our website or via your booking confirmation email.
Is there an age limit at Lily Spa?
Children are more than welcome to Lily Country Club, but to use our spa you must be 16 or older.
Do you have a luggage storage room?
Yes, we can store your belongings for you both before and after your stay.
Is there WiFi? How do I connect?
There is free WiFi available all throughout the hotel. Simply connect to the network - no password required.
Can I bring my dog?
Your four-legged friends are more than welcome here at the hotel. If you would like to bring your pet, please notify us at the time of booking so that we can reserve a suitable room for you and provide you with the best experience possible!
