Found the best pizza here! Try the Brasseriet. 😀 The foods are excellent! Can’t say much about it. The hotel rooms are new but would be better of they provided more amenities such as toothpaste and toothbrush or basic vanity kit. The room we had was a basic one so there was not much there. I hope the pass to the swimming area is free since we are guests staying at the hotel. Also, the parking area isn’t for free given that we are staying in the hotel. 😅 Overall, it was very good. We were happy with the foods except for the waiter at the Brasseriet who was always grumpy. He was like panicking all the time and never really smiled, I had 2 encounters with him since we had lunch and breakfast the next day. Most of the staff ay the breakfast were not really happy looking except for the managers. Maybe they can improve on that.

I was here for business for 4 days and the first time in Norway, so my love of the place & people extends to the wider area, but this hotel was a fantastic base for me and I can't recommend it enough. Deserving a special mention is your Swedish chef at breakfast who gave me outstanding & friendly attention - deserves a special pat on the back and thank you both for excellent catering and being a wonderful ambassador.

This hotel is located 45 minutes outside oslo and we chose this for our Christmas party. The rooms are great, they included spa access and the food was gourmet standard. Asked for a complimentary upgrade and got it. And the bar had great alcohol free option

Recommend everyone to test this hotel! Very professional and pleasant staff. Great rooms, very good food at the restaurant Brasseriet", comfortable Spa areas and relaxing atmosphere. The Hotel was quite busy and crowded this weekend, but the staff handled this well and gave super service. Conclusion: a nice and clean design hotel in a quiet and relaxing area near Gardemoen airport.

This is not a bad hotel - just a lot of bad things about the hotel. I had arrived having spent a wonderful week in northern Norway and Svalbard. I wanted somewhere close to the airport with spa services knowing I would want to have a massage to reset before my flight home. Upon arrival, it was clear that I was not the type of guest they wanted. I arrived with my winter clothing - not shabby, I might add but seeing as I had just flown in from Longyearbyen and -16c, I wasn’t wearing the suit and tie that seemed to be the ‘preferred attire’ The look from staff as I walked in suggested I wouldn’t enjoy by stay. First impressions were right. This is a hotel that is more suited to corporate events than the casual traveller. Too pretentious for that. No room service so first thing I had to do was plead for something to take up to my room - I didn’t want to spent the evening with a rowdy group of 20-40 year olds having a all expenses pod Christmas dinner. I settled for a pizza - actually pretty good - as it was really the only choice. Room was small - which wasn’t unusual it seems for Norway. However, the lighting in the room meant I had to use my phone torch to find anything in my bag! I’m all for saving electricity but at least provide dimmable lights so I can see. Room had a Nespresso machine so at least I could have a good coffee. So on to the spa. The only reason I booked this particular hotel. Well you can book time in the spa but if you want any treatments forget it. They have four treatment rooms that seem to be booked weeks in advance - I probably would have done so if the hotel website was in English and explained this. So, after a good sleep - bed was comfortable- headed down for breakfast and joined the the hoards of corporate types nursing the inevitable hangovers. Why can hotels of this type ever have hot food. Scrambled eggs should be served at least warm, not as a salad. Needless to say I actually left early - never had I looked forward to being at an airport 4 hours before a flight! So would I recommend to a friend - no, would I recommend to a corporate event organiser - probably, but only if it was a fully expensed event. Still, my trip to northern Norway and Svalbard was a memory that will never leave me. This hotel will be wiped from the memory banks forever. No photos to share - what would be the point!
