The hotel is ideally situated for access to trams that run every few minutes and also if needed a large supermarket just a 10 minute walk. After reading some of the reviews I wasn't expecting too much food wise, but breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and the evening meal was first class, really enjoyed it and if you happen to be around between 3-5pm coffee and cake, so no complaints at all. The staff were professional, friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and spacious with use of your own kitchen. We definitely made the right choice staying here and would do so again.

I honestly think this is one of the best value hotels in Gothenburg. The rooms were comfortable, had no issues with them. Breakfast and dinner were free, breakfast was exceptional and plentiful. The two stars off are for dinner. On the first day we had lasagna and the lasagna was burnt and tasted horrible so had to order food somewhere else because the lasagnas were not soo eatable. Attached below are the lasagnas for reference. I would definitely return, the reception staffs were also nice and friendly.

Nice experience for our needs at a reasonable price. With wife and 2 kids we share a family room with 4 beds. Acceptable big. Clean. It was fine to have a full breakfast, coffe in the afternoon, and a rich dinner at an affordable price. Food was good. Service was friendly. Close to 2 tramways to the center (only 10 minutes ro kids attractions like Liseberg and Universeum.

Nice hotel, certainly the lobby and bar/breakfast/restaurant area. Rooms ok, altough continuous ventilation noise during the night, but we were tired enough so slept fine. The plates at breakfast weren't all clean and the main course at dinner was far below average.

I have never been to a worse buffet in my life and I know what I am talking about because I have been working in hotels and restaurants for the last 20 years. on Sunday we got food from the previous day and it's scary to think what the lasagna was made of. dirty dishes not washed. For dinner no choice, one cheapest dish, the cheapest chicken leg or lasagna without meat, only pasta.
