New Year's Eve at Clarion Hotel Karlatornet

Invite one or more lucky companions to a New Year’s celebration with us! We’ll chill the champagne and welcome you to dinner at The Social Bar & Bistro. The price includes accommodation, breakfast buffet, 4-course dinner including drinks package, entertainment during the evening, and late check-out.

The New Year's menu

First: West Coast tartlet, hand-peeled shrimp, crab, aged cheese, dill pearls, trout roe 
Second: Creamy lobster soup, seared scallop, crown dill, pickled kohlrabi, lobster aioli, sourdough croutons 
Third: Roast beef tenderloin, braised beef cheek, browned shallot jus, Jerusalem artichoke purée, smoked tomatoes, pommes Anna 
Fourth: Panna cotta, cloudberries, vanilla donut, lemon cress
