Quality Hotel™ View

Back after some years, I stayed here for many times. Hotel still looks fresh, some new decorations, situated above Malmo Hylie train station. Very comfortable connection to Malmo downtown or other side Copenhagen. Great place for travellers taking early morning flight. Simple, clean room. Great choices to dine at restaurants in neighbouring shopping mall. Very good breakfast with options for vegans 🥗

Perfect location just a few steps from the train station. Friendly staff and clean rooms. I was staying for a conference and the popcorn and soft ice cream machines were much appreciated with at least one cup of each, each day. The food was also good ;). The breakfast consisted of the usual items, although not as many sweet treats as some other hotels serve. They did not have the usual Rituals schampoo or soap in the room, if that matters to you.

Room is good and comfortable. have accessories like iron box. food is also good. best is the location near to metro station and opposite you have the mall where you can spend time. 15 mins away from Copenhagen airport which is really good. staff is friendly and courteous

Nice hotel next to train station and close to Emporia Shopping center. Very nice food and breakfast. Clean and minimal. Nice atmosphere. Close to the airport. The only thing I missed was bottle of water in the room.

We booked a Standard twin room. The room lacked a refrigerator, safe, kettle, any creams, and even a hair conditioner. The bathroom floors were not heated, and the hotel restaurant was closed due to the holiday season (end of December - beginning of January, though the bar and breakfast were operational). Shaving kit was available for an additional payment. The room temperature was around +20°C. For us, it was colder than expected. At the reception, they advised us to insert the card in the room and set the temperature higher and wait. We did so, but after 3 hours, nothing changed. The reception said they could give us another room, but first, we had to pack all our belongings, go down to the reception, and get new keys. They couldn't check if the heating worked in the new room because the receptionist was alone and busy with many people checking in at that time, and we had to wait an hour. They also couldn't check which floor had a free room for the same reason. Okay, we packed all our stuff (which was already unpacked) and went down to the reception. We got the keys to another room and, fortunately, there was a heating radiator!!!!! But it didn't work :)))) although it was supposedly set to mode 5. It couldn't be adjusted. Eventually, the room temperature rose to a maximum of 21.5°C when we spent a long time in the room, presumably due to our body heat. But most of the time, the room temperature was around 20°-20.5°C. The bathroom floor was icy, and overall, it was much colder in the bathroom. In the evening, we asked for an extra towel (there were three of us, but only two towels), and the reception responded that they couldn't leave, so we had to come and take the towel ourselves. There were no laundry bags, and I couldn't find any information about a laundry service, so apparently, this service was not available. There was nothing for shoe cleaning in the room. The breakfast was very good, in my opinion. The freshest bread, pâtés, many ingredients to make sandwiches. Hot items included baked potatoes, sausages, omelets, bacon, beans. Checkout at 11 am. That's terrible. Good free Wi-Fi. Excellent location if you plan to travel frequently to Copenhagen - the entrance to the station is very close to the hotel. It's easy to get to the center of Malmö by bus, just download the Skånetrafiken app. The hotel seems new, nothing shabby or old. Overall, not a bad hotel, but apparently, they are cutting costs on everything.
