Registration
To register attendance to the conference please send your request using the button down below. Be sure to include the following information in your request. If you do not wish to book any lodging please contact us directly to register at reservation.cl.gillet@strawberry.se. If some information should be missing we will contact you via email.

By credit card on site.
We require a credit or debit card to put on the reservation as guarantee for late cancellation. Card number and expiration date will be provided to us with your registration, either via mail or by phone. The registration is not complete until you do so.

Invoice 
We do not invoice internationally. To pay by invoice is always on request. Your full invoice information with the organization number and reference shall be sent to us via mail, reservation.cl.gillet@strawberry.se. Your registration is not complete until you do so. You request to pay by invoice has to be approved by us. Otherwise, credit or debit card on site is the only payment method. 


Please observe that a certain amount of hotel rooms are booked for you between 6-8th of September. If you wish to stay more nights, before or after these dates, it will be on request and you must yourself contact the hotel regarding this matter.

After you’ve sent in your attendance registration we will confirm via email and you are welcome to ask any questions you may have with your registration. 

Important dates for you to remember:
Last day to register: 9th of August
Last day of 100% free of charge cancellation: 22nd of August
After that we charge the full price

Payment and costs
The cost will not be determined until 2 weeks prior to arrival where the whole cost of the conference will be divided on the participants. The 23rd of August we will send out a confirmation to each attendee with the confirmed price.

If an attendee wishes to cancel their participation later than is allowed we will charge the full amount on the credit or debit card the attendee left with their registration or we invoice the full amount to the company the attendee left with their registration. If these should be invalid, The Swedish Tax Agency will be charged the full amount.

30 days prior to arrival we will close the registration and the cost will be distributed on the attendees. 2 weeks prior to arrival we will send out a confirmation via e-mail with the exact price.
