In the 18th century, before Oslo's Jernbanetorget became a home for hospitals and tobacco spinners, Henrik Calmeyer fulfilled his dream to design a beautiful garden in the centre of the bustling Christiania area. The garden is sadly no longer here, but Jernbanetorget grew to be the heart of the capital. Here, Calmeyers Hage has taken inspiration from Henrik Calmeyer's dream and created the capital's best bar, with fine drinks, a unique atmosphere and a lovely terrace in the center of Oslo.
Calmeyers Hage is located on the 13th floor of the Clarion Hotel® the Hub, together with restaurant Norda. The nature-inspired decor is colourful and inviting, and the perfect place to enjoy cocktails made from Nordic-distilled spirits (such as BAREKSTEN and HIMKOK), alongside dishes made with fresh, local ingredients and herbs from our very own rooftop garden.
