Are you looking to host your event or conference right in the heart of Trondheim? Our hotel has two bright and open meeting rooms which can host up to 78 people. Both rooms are fully equipped with modern technology to suit your conference needs.
Meeting Room One, Eremittkrepsene, can seat up to 18 people around a boardroom table and is perfect for more intimate meetings or interviews. The seats are all high-backed for extra comfort and will offer you all the support you need through the day.
Berlinerpopplene, our larger conference room, can sit 60 people in theatre-style seating and up to 50 people in classroom-style. The room is equipped with modern AV equipment including sound and a projector to bring your presentations to life.
Throughout the day we provide healthy and delicious snacks during break times, including a selection of fruits, vegetables and dips, wraps and sandwiches. For dinner, you can create your own three-course menu or pick from our list of suggestions.
