Our biggest room, Strawberry Fields, have enough space for up to 1.800 participants (alt. five smaller rooms). Our second largest room, O2, is suitable for up to 470 people (alt. two smaller rooms).
Our designated conference level on the fifth floor is the perfect place to hold medium-sized events like presentations and seminars. It includes eight versatile, multi-purpose venues capable of accommodating 25-90 people.
Our two boardroom-style rooms, Santiago Bernabéu and a 25th-floor suite, are perfect for meetings of 16 and 10 people respectively. Intimate hospitality boxes at the Friends Arena with direct access to and from our hotel are also available.
When you book ”fika” as part of your conference, this includes tea, coffee, fruit, popcorn and soft scoop ice cream to keep your guests brimming with energy all day long! We also offer a wider range of breakfast, lunch and dinner options.
