Food and drink are a central part of successful meetings. We serve well-prepared, nutritious, and sustainable dishes – from coffee and snacks (fika) to three-course dinners – with options tailored to your event, big or small.
Our restaurant, The Social Bar & Bistro, offers a relaxed after-work vibe. Enjoy great food, mingle with colleagues, and finish with drinks at the bar – a natural place for conversation and networking after your meeting.
From one-on-one meetings to large corporate events – our 21 flexible venues create the right setting for every occasion, with modern technology and inspiring environments. Our experienced team support you from idea to execution.
Our main Event Room has a standing capacity of 300, or 200 when seated, and is the best option for large talks, conferences or trade shows. The rolling stage and numerous TV sets (which can be interconnected) give you plenty of options.
The Gillesalen room can hold up to 150 people. It includes a water dispenser, a hearing loop, and a headset and microphone for delivering high-quality presentations. A projector is also available.
We have 11 conference rooms for 20-90 participants that are all suitable for seminars and training sessions. If you would like a room with fixed furnishings and armchairs, we recommend our Gustavianum room. Projectors are provided in all the rooms.
Choose the Top Floor if you want the most exclusive space in our hotel. This area is completely separate from the conference area, perfect for important private discussions. In addition, the views of the cathedral and city rooftops are unmatched.
