Corporate rates issues

We are currently experiencing issues with some of our corporate agreement prices. If you are unable to book rooms with your corporate agreement rate, please contact our Customer Service. They have a magic touch and will be able to help you. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.


Does everyone who stays in a room need to show ID?

Yes, the requirement to be able to show identification applies to all resident guests. Children under 18 do not need ID as they must be accompanied by an adult. Children's names are registered in the same way as others who stay in the hotel room, and can be used in for example, an evacuation situation.
