Corporate rates issues

We are currently experiencing issues with some of our corporate agreement prices. If you are unable to book rooms with your corporate agreement rate, please contact our Customer Service. They have a magic touch and will be able to help you. We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.


How do Strawberry process the personal information from the ID check?

Strawberry does not copy your ID documents. Basically, we use the ID document to compare with the person who is registered as a guest in our booking system. At least first name, last name and contact information must be registered in our booking system.
