Clarion Hotel® Copenhagen Airport

Clean and energy efficient hotel conveniently located next to the Copenhagen airport. They also serve delicious and healthy breakfast options. Stayed here for a night after I agreed to forego my seat on my flight. Service had the Danish friendliness.

I have stayed here several times and have mostly good things to say about Clarion CPH. For a night stay during transit the convenience of this hotel can't be beat. This time I called reception and requested milk pouches for my morning coffee and despite 2 reminders they never arrived. This is billed as a full service hotel yet room service seems to be virtually non-existent.

The hotel is strict about how many people are staying in the room. Despite booking a 2-twin room, we were charged for an “extra person” at the price of 350 DKK. This was a huge surprise. We also received a fraudulent charge for breakfast when we did not have breakfast, and breakfast was refused at the front desk at check in. I attribute this fraud to Emma at the front desk, who likely held a grudge that we complained about the extra person charge. It’s a shame. The hotel was otherwise great. Great convenient location within steps of Terminals 2/3. Clean. Sadly, some really terrible staff ruined the experience with some petty grudge.

We spent the night here waiting for our flight the next day. It was an easy walk to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, spoke very good English. The rooms were clean, well appointed, and we got one with a view of the water. The breakfast is huge and complete. Would stay here again.

Receptionist was very professional and kind, we received an upgrade based on our rewards status, without asking, and the 9 th floor view was amazing! Few minute walk to the airport made this a great hotel choice! We loved the large tub in the room, too, and a kettle for tea!
