Comfort Hotel® Xpress Helsinki Airport Terminal

Very very comfortable room, wish I had stayed longer! We arrived very late and left very very early. Rooms are lovely size, very clean, very comfortable. Heated floor in bathroom. Note it is outside security part of airport, so you do have to exit and go back thru security when transiting. Our wake up call we asked for 530am, but it happened at 5 - ouch! after getting in around 1am, that extra half an hour sleep was very valued and lost. It was not easy to find. You have to follow baggage claim signs, exit terminal, then take a hard left at the bottom of the stairs, it’s tucked away underneath.

I had an odd five hour layover in Helsinki from 1am-6am. Exhausted from my trip, I just wanted to relax and try to get a few hours of sleep. For the amount of time I did not need a room. I intended to book a pod, but when I arrived they were all sold out. The woman working there was so kind and let me buy a drink and just relax in their comfortable lobby until I needed to go catch my connecting flight. This is five star service for sure. I often transit through Helsinki, and I will absolutely book a room or a pod next time I have a lengthy overnight layover.

We had early flight at 6 AM next day and we booked this hotel for night before. What cute little rooms they have. All basic things are there and rooms are clean. Sadly they didn't offer breakfast option at all. But there are many places at the airport to have your tummy filled. We are returning customers when flight schedules are very early in the morning. You pay for the location a bit extra, but it is worth the splurges.

Had a one night layover at the comfort xpress Helsinki. I had actually incorrectly booked the night after which I needed but the staff were very friendly and able to change to my arrival date without charge which was really appreciated by a couple of weary travellers. The room itself was quite basic and had no natural light, but perfectly adequate for a layover. Maybe the only complaint would be the lack of a mini fridge in the room but that would really be just nit picking.

NO WINDOWS! We also smelled diesel exhaust. It was claustrophobic and we had to move to the other comfort hotel at the airport. No reimbursement, unfortunately. Surprisingly, the other Comfort hotel was just as convenient, and was comparable in cost.
