Parking
We recommend Lillemarkens Parkeringshus, which is situated right opposite the main entrance and offers the cheapest parking in the area. You'll also find the Vestre Torv P-hus, which can be accessed from Henrik Wergelandsgate and offers direct access to the hotel from the top floor. There are lots of other places to park nearby and you can find more information about these here.
Luggage storage
The hotel has a luggage storage room, where you are welcome to store your luggage before you check in or after you check out.
Room cleaning
In the interests of the planet and your wallet, we will only be cleaning your room every fourth day when you stay with us. If you would like to request daily cleaning, just let us know in the Barception by 10pm the night before and we will arrange this for you.
Accessible rooms
We have accessible rooms with a double bed. Please contact us directly if you would like to book one of these rooms.
Free WiFi
When you stay at a Comfort Hotel, you will always have the chance to stay connected 24/7 with free WiFi all over the hotel. Simply access the "Strawberry-guest" network and you'll be online. Simple as that!
Lobby shop
Our lobby shop sells a range of tasty, fast and healthy food. You can buy anything from light meals to drinks, snacks, and a whole load of useful stuff that might come in handy when you're out travelling.
Early breakfast
Are you leaving early in the morning? If so, we can arrange a simple breakfast from 5am. Just ask reception to arrange an Early Bird breakfast.
Late check-out/ early check-in
Planning a late night on Saturday? Don't panic! On Sundays we serve breakfast until 12 noon and you can keep your room until 6pm – at no extra charge. So, there's no need to set your alarm! You can usually check in slightly earlier or check out slightly later the rest of the time too for a small fee and subject to availability.
Upgrades
We offer room upgrades from 100 NOK. Please contact the reception for further information!
Ice
We have an ice machine in the kitchen, and are more than happy to provide you with ice whenever you need it.
Laundry & ironing facilities
You will find our laundry room with an iron and ironing board on the 4th floor. You can also borrow an iron to use in your room if you prefer.
Room temperature
You can adjust the temperature in your room by 1-2 degrees Celsius in some of our rooms. These rooms are located in the new wing facing Skippergaten.
Printing
Do you need to get something printed? We're happy to help! Simply email the document to co.kristiansand@strawberry.no and we will print it for you. If there are a lot of pages, you may be required to pay a small fee, but we'll discuss that with you first. But don't forget, this is Comfort, and we love offering things for free if we can!

Cash-free hotel
Comfort Hotel Kristiansand is a cash-free hotel. This provides a safer working environment for our staff as it reduces the risk of theft and burglary. It also means that we have more time to spend on taking care of our guests. For guests it means faster and more secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
