Clarion Hotel® Energy

Nice clean hotel. Not much around the hotel ….no cafes or restaurants …but you can catch a city bus to go to city center in 15 minutes …you can pay cash in the bus and buy the ticket (65 krone valid for 1 hour) …. Very good breakfast and delightful assortment of Norwegian breakfast items Quite a few widows are partially blocked by structural angled columns which is strange (a cosmetic architectural flaw? ) Hamburger in hotel restaurant was listless ( for 295 Krone) …. Remember you are at the most expensive city of one of the most expensive countries in the world…. Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful Room furniture are smart chic… gym is in good condition

Warm and poor air quality. Noisy when I opened the window. Not comfotable beds, got a back ache. Decent restaurant, but expensive (300kr for a small burger). Nice connection to town with buss. Breakfast was good and included in price. Gym was ok, but no pull-up bar which should be standard in all gyms. Good running routes around the hotem with Stokkavannet and Mosvannet.

I loved it all:) only thing i can think og is that the shower plumming was a Little bit clogged:/ so the water filled up in the shower. But they said they will fix it. Othervise a Nice hotel and a lovely staf

A very nice hotel with great and helpful staff who are always welcoming and talkative. Comfortable and clean room. easy access for public transport with nice walks close by. Food in the restaurant is also very good.

Staying here before I was certainly let down by the cleanliness of the room. Under the bed was filthy with rubbish from previous guests, and the dark bedding had white stains all over numerous pieces. I’m hoping it’s clean and products… The service I received from reception was good when I highlighted it, with an upgrade of rooms, but I would have preferred to have a clean room initially and not having to re-pack and move. Maybe I should’ve checked the room prior to unpacking. Lesson learnt.
