Clarion Hotel® Post

Our Compact rooms are approximately 16 square meters with an ample work space and a cozy bed (at least 120 cm). Rooms in the original section have high ceilings, deep window niches and beautifully restored windows. In the newly built section the rooms recieve lovely natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows. Bathrooms are spacious with modern amenities and a hairdryer. All rooms have LCD TV.

Standard double room offers a well-planned, approx. 20 m2, with work area, good storage and a comfortable double bed. The rooms in the old part of the hotel have high ceilings, deep window recesses and beautiful old windows which give the rooms wonderful character and feeling. In the new section of the hotel, the rooms get beautiful natural light from the large windows. All rooms have designer furniture from B&B ITALIA and lamps from FLOS. All rooms are equipped with LCD TV. The bathrooms are spacious with modern materials, some with shower and others with a bathtub. A hair dryer is provided in all.

The rooms situated in the oldest part of the hotel all have high ceilings, deep bay window and beautiful windows providing wonderful character! Those rooms in the newer part of the hotel have lovely panoramic windows that allows in plenty of natural light.

All superior rooms are over 30 m2 with fantastic high ceilings and space, furnished with designer furniture from Italian B & B ITALIA and lamps from FLOS. All rooms have a large work and living area and are equipped with down duvets and pillows, telephone and an LCD TV. Our deluxe double rooms (40m²) offer comfortable accommodation with a double bed (180cm) or twin beds (2x105cm), as well as a lounge area with a sofa bed and generous workspace. Each rooms features B&B Italia designer furniture and Flos lamps. Amenities include a Nespresso machine, telephone, TV, bathrobes and slippers.

The Clarion Hotel Post has four suites where you can enjoy a truly luxurious stay. The suites are spacious and airy, with a separate living area and generous workspace. The walls are adorned with art by Gothenburg artist, Jens Fenge. Suites feature contemporary design, without compromising on practical requirements. Bathrobes and slippers are provided for use during your stay. Our suites have views of Gothenburg's bustling city centre.

The Julius suite (95m²) is located on the 12th floor of the newer part of the hotel, offering great views of Gothenburg, the Garden Society park and the river. It was named after the first postmaster of the Post Office, Julius Juhlin, who was born in 1907. The suite provides a fantastic urban vibe! The spacious living room has an elegant dining area, a lounge and a generous workspace, as well as a separate bedroom with a large double bed (200m) and a bathroom with both a shower and bathtub just next to it. The room features designer furniture, atmospheric lighting, a telephone and a 55-inch LAVA LED TV with an internet connection. You can control both sound and lighting via an iPad. The suite also has a separate WC.

Each room features a comfortable bed with cosy bedding, a telephone and TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower and bathrobes for extra comfort. The Elna suite (50m²) is located on the 4th floor, the former director's floor, and offers views of Drottningtorget. The suite has high ceilings (3.40m) and huge windows with deep window recesses. The suite features a large double bed (200m), a comfortable seating area and a generous workspace, as well as stylish designer furniture, atmospheric lighting, a telephone and a 55-inch LAVA LED TV with an internet connection. The bathroom has high quality fittings with both a shower and bathtub.
