Quality Hotel™ 11

The hotel breakfast was fabulous. The room was big but not exactly luxurious. We had everything we needed but it was very functional. Parking in front of the hotel is for a fee - we didn't paid and got a fine so take care and pay fro parking.

Restaurant closed all day, no room service and no minibar. I arrived after a long travel hungry and wanted to eat, only to be told upon check-in the restaurant was closed on Sundays and so the hotel cannot offer any food whatsoever. The room is dingy and lighting is poor. Room only superficially clean and rather unpleasant. They don’t clean the rooms during your stay under the guise of “sustainability”. Basic TV with very few channel’s from which to choose from. My advice is this place is best to be avoided. It’s marginally better than a Youth Hostel or YMCA. I certainly regret coming here and I will never return. This is a horrible hotel.

Feeling of fresh rooms. Clean bathrooms, clean rooms. The breakfast was good, fresh vegetables, new sliced cheese, new sliced salami, pancakes... On the reception the personal was friendly, I got a lot of help on what and where to find things in the city.

Check in went smooth. Shuffle board and air hockey tables were fun. But when we got to the room, what a disappointment. The floor looked dirty. The bedsheet was dirty. When I picked up the phone to call the reception, the phone was dead. We had to personally go down to the reception and get a new bedsheet. The vents were dirty. If we pay so much for a room, the least we can expect is a clean room. Never stepping into this place again.

Stayed 3 days. Room great with view over the busy habour, Clean bathroom but worn towels. Nice surroundings and excellent opportunites to stroll in the area. Good and nutriuos breakfast with a great variety to choose from. Very pleasant staff in both restaruants and at the reception. Will return !
