The staff is the kindest and friendliest that I've met outside of Texas! I came off the street to wait for my wife and asked about a coffee Cafe, Fillipa was at the front desk and said have a cup of coffee. She took me in from the cold. Thank you Fillipa! This is definitely a place I'd choose to stay with such positive, helpful and kind staff!

Enjoyable stay in good location. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast with lots of delicious foods. I missed the opportunity to open the window though - even just a small bit (room 803) - and some toiletries would have been nice. But that’s not stopping us from returning.

The hotel is very nice and clean, and it has great rooms. We booked adjoining rooms for our family with two kids, which was very great. You Can also book a Big family room, but we liked, that we could close the door, when our kids fell asleep. The staff were awesome and super friendly. They have a play room for the kids, which were awesome for us - especially because we travelled with small children. The breakfast was also very nice! A lot to choose between and good Quality food.

The beds are comfortable, the rooms spacious and attractive. No fridge, kettle or safe. Good sized wet room. The location is good for exploring Malmo and transport services.
