Parking
There are 60 parkings spaces under the hotel, including 8 charging stations for electric vehicles that must be booked in advance. It costs 260 SEK/day to park for more than 8 hours or 33 SEK/hour. You can access the garage via Arenagatan 10. Make sure to stay in the left-hand lane to drive down under the building, through two gates and boom barrier, before continuing on through the culvert below the road to reach the parking spaces. You can take a lift direct up to the lobby from the garage. To pay for your parking, you can either insert your payment card when you drive in or print a ticket and pay when you drive out.
If you drive up into the parking facility, the fee is 250 SEK/day and 33 SEK/hour that is payable when you drive out.
If you would like to book one of the 8 electric charging spaces, you can do so via pair.se/qhviewpair.se/. Payments for charging should be made via the app, while the parking fee must be paid as described above.
Lounge 24
Lounge 24 is a self-service lobby shop that is open all day and all night for your convenience. You can come here whenever you like to purchase a range of items including snacks, hot and cold beverages, and other necessities.
Luggage storage
The hotel has a luggage room where you can store your belongings before and after your stay.
WiFi
Our free WiFi can be accessed from anywhere in the hotel. Simply select "Qualityguest" – no password or registration required!
Lost & found
Have you forgotten something at the hotel? Please contact reception and we'll do our best to return any left-behind items to you.
Housekeeping
If you are staying several nights and you would like us to clean your room, just let us know the night before and we will make the suitable arrangements. Fresh towels are available for collection in the reception.
Buffet breakfast
Breakfast is always included in the room rate for all our hotel guests, but even those not staying at the hotel are welcome to come and enjoy our delicious buffet! Prices: 195 SEK for adults, half price for children aged 4-12 and free of charge for children under 4.
Cash-free hotel
The hotel has been cash-free since 1 March 2017. This makes the hotel a more secure workplace and allows our staff to spend more time taking care of our guests. For our guests, it also enables faster and more secure payments.
