Great hotel operated by motivated and positive people, who care about their guests. This was my second stay with my family. We enjoyed a welcoming and efficient check in by happy employees. The stay was super comfortable, the breakfast was yummy and the late night cocktails and music in the hotel bar was great fun. I highly recommend this hotel for excellent service and quality.

Overall we felt we had excellent value for money at this hotel. We paid £270pp with BA for 4 nights, including flight, visiting over the Easter weekend. Had we not got such a bargain, I would have given this review 3 stars! The breakfast alone made us feel as though we got an absolute bargain. We enjoyed the high quality hot buffet, which offers eggs, omelette, sausages, bacon, beans, meatballs, potatoes, rice and pancakes, and also the cold options of yogurts, cold cuts, overnight oats, yogurts, granola, dried fruits and seeds, pastries and cold pressed juices and smoothies. The view from the restaurant was also amazing! The location of the hotel and the laid back friendly vibe were also great. The open air bar on the top floor with beautiful views of the city was particularly nice on a mild evening! What let our stay down was the room itself. We had a windowless room, which we knew before booking. We hadn’t anticipated just how dark and warm it would be. We found the lighting and the air con inadequate for this room type. I’m usually an early bird, but I would sleep through to my alarm, after a restful nights sleep due to the mattress and pillows which we didn’t find particularly comfortable, and then wake to complete darkness feeling as though it was still the middle of the night, never feeling fresh for the day ahead. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t great either, the floors needed a really good mop. I suspect this was due to guests needing to put out their please clean sign before 11pm the night before - which means if you’ve had a couple of drinks on the evening after a long day sight seeing, it is easy to forget to do this! The chrome cast on the tv didn’t work for us, which meant we could only watch Sky News, although this wasn’t a big issues as we were only in the room for sleeping. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and felt we got great value for money, but feel the rooms don’t match the standard of the restaurant. Would we return?! Probably not, but a great deal for a larger room with a window could tempt us given the breakfast and location!

Brilliant stay at Hobos in Stockholm! Location - Super close to the central train station! Very close to Sergel Fountain and all the main shops. Walking distance to the Gamla Stan 10 mins, Walking distance to to Djurgården about 25 mins. Right next to Galleria - massive shopping mall. Food - BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING, BEST BREAKFAST IVE EVER HAD AT A HOTEL. Lovely buffet breakfast; lots of meat, vegan and non diary options!!! Pastries as well! Honestly best breakfast I’ve ever had! Room - We had a room without a window, at first I thought I’d have an issue with this but it was completely fine. Tv that we could cast out phones to was good, wall with tones of pegs very useful, bathroom was modern and clean. All round incredibly happy!!! Staff - Lovely very helpful staff! My locked was cracked off my suitcase on the way to Stockholm and the staff were helping in telling me where I could get a new one. Bar - The weekend we were there as Hobos was their birthday and there were many celebrations happening, one night was live music (a lot of fun), drinks were very expensive, there was music every night but we couldn’t hear it in our room which was great (floor 9). Top tip! If you are between 18-25 you can get a Arlanda express train ticket for are 160 Kr a lot cheaper than full price!

Very original and comfortable hotel, strategically located nearby the station but also some tech area. I liked the very personal bohemiam touch, giving it a very special first impression. The atmosphere felt very vibrant, modern and young. The room was very comfortable, but lacked windows (as expected) and having a bit of a "crazy" design. I usually like wardrobes and surfaces where I can put my belongings and I lacked a bit of that for my stay. Luckily I was there just one night, but if I would have been having to work I would have suffered of the lack of a desk (which is probably available in the other room types). The breakfast was great, offering a tasty and generous buffet. I remember lingering in the tea section, which usually is something hotel breakfasts are lacking care for.
