Can I park at the hotel?
Although the hotel does not have its own parking facilities, we recommend those of you arriving by car to park at the Parketten garage near the hotel.
Can I store my luggage at the hotel?
Yes, we have a luggage storage room where you are welcome to store your belongings both before you check in and after you check out.
Is there WiFi?
Absolutely! It's fast and it's free.
There's no need to worry if you've forgotten to pack something! We sell a range of useful items in the reception such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving foam, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shoe shiner and sewing kits! And if you need something we don't have, we'll do our best to help you get hold of it!

Table reservations at NÒR
Our popular rooftop restaurant NÒR is situated at the top of the hotel. You can enjoy great food and stunning views up here, and during fine weather you can also soak up the sun on the terrace. Book a table here.

Clarion Hotel Umeå is a cash-free hotel. This provides a safer working environment for our staff as it reduces the risk of theft and burglary. It also means that we have more time to spend on taking care of our guests. For guests it means faster and more secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
