Can I park at the hotel?
We offer parking in the Parketten garage for 140 SEK/24h or 175 SEK/24h for spaces with charging for electric vehicles. You'll also find another garage, as well as outdoor parking, situated near the hotel. The reception can provide more information about where these are located.
Can I pay with cash?
The Comfort Hotel Umeå City is a no-cash-transactions hotel. This means a safer workplace for those who work at the hotel, as it reduces the risk of robbery and counteracts criminal activity. Then we will have more time for our guests. For guests and visitors, it means the added security of faster, more secure payment. We accept all standard debit and credit cards. Do you offer housekeeping services?
To save the planet (and your wallet), we only clean your room every fourth day during your stay. If you would prefer to have your room cleaned every day, just let us know in the Barcecption no later than 10pm the night before.
Is there a luggage room?
We have a luggage room where you can put your bags if you need to before check-in or even after checkout.
