Quality Hotel™ Royal Corner

The hotel's cheerful staff welcomes me so I feel like a welcome guest. There is a familiar impression throughout the accommodation. I appreciate the range of exercise and recreational opportunities. Restaurant and breakfast are top class.

Nice and comfortable hotel close to downtown, bars and restaurants. Decent breakfast, clean room and helpful staff. Pool and gym available with booking. It looked very popular used by other guests, but I didn’t use. There was quite some noise of slamming doors, but nothing to do with the hotel. It looks more like not mindful guests. Breakfast quite calm before 8:30. After that it gets quite crowded.

This mid-range hotel offers a lot of convenience and enough comfort. The location is handy both for the city centre and the train station, and there is secure, off-street parking. My room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was not the eye-popping extravaganza of boundless choice that many Swedish hotels aim for, but it was sufficient, and of good quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The décor is slightly tired, and a facelift would not come amiss, but taken as a whole the hotel offers an adequately comfortable stay.

Smooth checkin and was provided a room on the 4th floor. Clean and comfortable room that had all the necessary amenities. Decor might look dated but didn’t affect the quality of stay. Folks at reception were fantastic and even allowed me a slightly late check out without any extra changes. Breakfast was a really good spread and it’s included in the price. The reception area has free water, tea and coffee, a few games and lots of comfortable lounging areas to hang about. The place is located very close to a central street with loads of restaurant and also convenience store. It is 10 min walk from the railway station. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Vaxjo.

Stayed here for parkrun - along with hundreds of others. The hotel dealt with everyone efficiently, as well as being swamped for breakfast at 7am. Lovely hotel, good sized rooms and a beautiful town which will be on my places to revisit.
