Why do I need to show identification at check-in?
ID control is one of several ways in which we make hotels and guest experiences safe. The authorities also make these demands on us, especially for foreign guests. In this way, we gain control over who stays at our hotels. In the event of a possible crisis, we have better conditions to save people and cooperate with the emergency services.
