Villa Copenhagen

Loved my corner Junior Suite. Was spacious and plenty of natural light. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I certainly will be staying here again and will recommend it to everyone who will be visiting Copenhagen.also make sure you enjoy the Rug Bakery.

Villa Copenhagen manages to combine a large hotel with boutique service. I was slightly perturbed by the idea that I'd be checking in on an iPad, always appreciating the personal service. However, that is an option, instead we were created with a fast and friendly personal check in. In minutes we were in a family room overlooking Tivoli Gardens and some of the city. Within minutes we could be at the train station, or Tivoli, with the rest of town about 15 minutes walk. Breakfast was excellent with huge amount of choice. The rooftop pool proved a great hit with our daughter. Room, food and service all excellent.

Check In / Out Check in was easy and quick, I arrived two hours early and was able to check in to my room. Check out was speedy and efficient. Room The room was lovely, small but had everything you needed and nicely decorated, modern and very clean. Comfortable king size bed, mini bar, large towels and good products in bathroom. TV had Chromecast set up which was great and easy to use and navigate. Food I had room service on my first night. The room service could be ordered online so was simple and easy to navigate. Small selection but very tasty food. I had the steak, and white chocolate dessert with some sourdough bread. Breakfast…lovely buffet selection and eggs to order, great pastries and coffee was good and with take away cups too. I ate in Kontrast one evening which was very good, I had the steak tartare, fish of the day and a lovely white cholate dessert. Service was friendly and informative. Facilities - great WiFi throughout the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and will hopefully return one day.

The lobby and swimming pool are amazing, breakfast is also excellent. Service however is below average: - Poor one-level upgrade only despite of Amex FHR booking and iPrefer Titanium status, and the room was tiny - No mention of iPrefer benefits at check-in, and I'd miss it if I didn't ask myself the next day - No complimentary bottled water or slippers - Housekeeping didn't replace my used towel

A beautiful hotel in a great location. Villa Copenhagen is located near some great museum and galleries and cross the road from Tivoli The rooms are very small. We first were put on 3rd floor with a small window and dark. I requested for a change of room and was moved to first floor with a big window sunny and over looking pool and garden. That really changed our impression of the hotel immediately. The staff who service the room perhaps need more training . There is no toothbrush, shower cap and the slippers you need to buy them. But if you ask for shower cap they provide it to you. The explanation was caring for environment. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic. The pastry chef is preparing delicious pastry in front of you. Staff are super friendly. Outdoor bar was really nice. Bar 37 had great cocktails and Amazing ambiance. I will definitely stay there again and hopefully their room service would improve by then.
