Comfort Hotel® Helsingborg

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, I found the location and price to be less convenient compared to other options in the area. The rooms were in poor condition, showing signs of wear and tear. While the breakfast was decent, they were out of eggs on both mornings, even at an early hour. On a positive note, the staff were very nice and helpful. However, my room had an intermittent, horrible noise. One of the staff members listened to it and joked that the room might be possessed. They did offer to move me to a different room, but it was too late by then as I had already lost sleep on the first night.

We stayed from Saturday to Sunday in a superior room on the top floor. Nice view over to Denmark which we appreciated. The room was large and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the hotel staff was really nice. The breakfast was alright. The room in itself was decent but with some flaws. Because of the large roof windows the room was very hot, there was no air conditioning other than a little fan. The shower had very weak water pressure, the worst i have ever experienced in a hotel. It took me so long to get the soap out of my hair. There was also no outlet in the bathroom, which made it difficult to get ready in there. All in all it was an okey experience which could have been much better if they made a few improvements in the rooms. Don’t think i will stay here in the future.

If you need a room, clean and hassle free, this is great choice for great price. Want style luxury and to feel like princess on top of the world while staff is running around you. c'mon.. you should pay like 15 times more for that kind of ridiculousness.

I recommend staying at this hotel when you go to Helsingborg. The rooms are nice and big, the personnel is friendly, pleasant, and very helpful. The breakfast was good and extensive enough. The hotel is located on walking distance from the train station (only 10 minutes) and is the starting point to sightseeing Helsingborg.

Very helpful team who accepted all my requirements with early check-in and late check-out! Thanks for this. Confortable hotel close to the train station with good breakfast. I liked the choice of cooked bacon from tender to very crispy !
