One of the best Clarions I’ve stayed in. Booked a spacious, albeit overpriced, superior room on a high floor, and found it both spacious and stylish. Unfortunately, the shower transformed the bathroom into a pool after each use since it lacked a door, but that seems to be the norm in Sweden nowadays.

Poor reception with outstanding bad service and poor customer support. The room standard was under all criticism 🥲. The breakfast does not cater for people living in a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle 😢. The spa and hotel restaurant are lacking in customer service and support. Extremely difficult parking facilities and no possible service options.

The hotel is really nice. Because of my clarion loyalty status I get an upgrade automatically and the superior rooms are awesome. However the service is deteriorating. Different things have over time…

The hotel is really nice. Because of my clarion loyalty status I get an upgrade automatically and the superior rooms are awesome. However the service is deteriorating. Different things have over time been removed from the breakfast buffet, several times coffee machines not working, restaurant forgot an order, things disappeared from my room - it’s definitely not where it should be

Dirty and not worth it

I was given room 342. When entering the room - the bathroom was not cleaned whatsoever. I had to go down all the way to the reception and was given room 423 which was OK - except there was no toilet paper there. Had to call the reception again and after what took forever I finally got toilet paper. The restaurant on floor 4,5 was full with somekind of local company crowding up. Went downstairs to ask and indeed the restaurant was open - I just had to plow through the crowd to get me some diner. In the morning I had "do not disturb" sign on the door, yet the cleaner didm't respect this at all. I really insist an getting my money back or a hefty compensation. The Spa was good, food was good, breakfastt was so-so. Not worth the money whatsoever.
