- Spenn will be debited at the time of booking.
- The price is valid for the booked number of guests. Changing the number of guests may affect the total price.
- Possible to cancel or re-book (no later than 48 hours before arrival).
- Breakfast and WiFi included (breakfast is not included at Comfort Hotel Xpress and Stopover).
- Superdeal is not available for bookings at Fästningshotellen, St. George, Hotel Kämp, Comfort LT, Yasuragi and Funken Lodge.
- Only available to book on strawberryhotels.com or in the app.
When can I afford a Superdeal?
You can afford a Superdeal from around 5,000 Spenn. The exact number of Spenn required depends on the hotel chain, dates and season, as prices are dynamic and based on availability and demand.
Why can't I see any Superdeals?
Superdeals are shown when there is availability for the hotel and dates you search for. If you don’t have enough Spenn, the Superdeal will still be shown but marked as unavailable.
Superdeals are not available for bookings at the Fortress Hotels, St. George, Hotel Kämp, Comfort LT, and Yasuragi. If you can’t see any Superdeals, try searching for different dates or a different hotel.
Can customer service book a Superdeal for me?
No. Superdeals can only be booked on strawberryhotels.com or in the app, and cannot be booked via customer service.
Can I give away a digital gift card to someone else?
Yes! When you buy the gift card you can choose if it's for yourself or someone else. If you want to give it away, just enter the email address of the person you want to give it to at the time of purchase.
How long is the gift card valid?
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The gift card is paid for using Spenn via My Pages and is redeemed in full for the product you have purchased. Please feel free to contact the hotel directly regarding availability and potential table bookings.
Once the validity period has expired, the gift card can no longer be used. It is not possible to extend the validity period of the gift card.
