Organizer & Eligibility

• Organizer: The competition is organized by Strawberry (Strawberry Hospitality Group AS / Strawberry Hotels AS, org. no. 996 340 244 / 990 465 339, Frederik Stangs gate 22-24, 0264 Oslo, Norway).
• Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals over 18 years of age residing in Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. Employees of the Strawberry Group and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Competition Period & Participation

• Competition Period: The competition runs up to and including September 16. The winners will be drawn on September 18.
• Participation & Purchase: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Participation takes place by filling out the Lead Ad form on the landing page.

Prize Specification

• Prizes & Prize Value: A total of four (4) winners will be drawn – one (1) winner in each country (Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark).
• The prize consists of 1 conference for up to 20 people at a Strawberry hotel of choice.
• The prize includes a day package with breakfast, morning and afternoon coffee/tea snacks, and meeting room rental.
• The value is 30,000 SEK per conference. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Additional participants beyond 20 people can, however, be added for an additional fee.
• Deadline for Execution: The conference must be held by April 30, 2027, at the latest, and booked no later than 14 business days prior to the event.
• Contact & Prize Distribution: The winners will be drawn on September 18 and contacted via email or phone. If a winner does not respond within 2 days, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
• Prize Tax: Any applicable prize tax is paid by the winner in accordance with the rules in force in the respective country.

Personal Data & Marketing

• Personal Data (GDPR): By participating, you agree that Strawberry processes your personal data for competition administration and marketing purposes in accordance with Strawberry's privacy policy.
• Documentation (Photo & Film): In the event of winning, the winner may be asked to participate in video or photography for marketing purposes. Such participation is voluntary and is not a condition for receiving the prize.
