Offer Period

Valid for new meetings booked between September 1, 2026, and September 16, 2026. The discount does not apply to third party bookers (such as event planners and travel agencies).

Discount

Get 20% off the meeting room rental fee and meeting day packages that include room rental. No separate food and beverage items or meal packages will be discounted.

Applicability

The discount is calculated from our standard prices and cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or negotiated agreements. No discount is given on separate food & beverage, accommodation, or technical equipment costs.

How to Book

The offer must be redeemed by booking via the dedicated campaign link or by quoting the campaign code directly to the hotel.

Availability

The offer is valid at our hotels in the Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland) and is subject to availability.

Cancellation

The specific cancellation policy is determined per booking and will be stated in your offer/confirmation or presented at the online checkout.

Right to Change
