Comfort Hotel® LT

Very nice cosy hotel with fantastic people who care about guests. Both Gabriele and russian-speaking lady at reception made me feel wellcome and taken care of. Breakfast is varied and rooms are comfortable and clean. Very convinient location! Thank you!

I stayed at this wonderful hotel for 3 nights this past October. The look of the hotel is very fun and modern…I loved the music theme. The room was spacious with a comfy bed. Everyone I encountered from the staff at the front desk to the staff working in the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is okay, nothing to write home about. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant twice and both meals were delicious. The hotel is a short walk from the train station and about a 25 minute walk to old town. There aren’t too many other restaurants near the hotel, but there is a grocery store across the street which was convenient for stocking up on supplies. I would happily stay here again and again.

A holiday whit my girlfriend. It was a wery nice hotell good rum and sevice. We hade a rum whit ballkony and big bathroom.

The hotel itself is very good, clean and conveniently located. However, the staff are "their own kind" and we experienced a special event during our stay. Breakfast is not included in the room rate, so we didn't have it as there is a very good grocery store across the street. When we checked in, we were informed that the rooms would only be cleaned every 4 days, which suited us fine as we didn't spend much time in our hotel rooms. But: when we did not have breakfast and did not order the extra cleaning, 2 hotel staff (although they did not introduce themselves) came to the door of my room to ask me if everything was ok as we had not been seen at breakfast and had not ordered the cleaning. The staff refused to explain clearly why they were supposedly worried that myself and my friend were fine. They also claimed that they had knocked on the door several times and called while we were in our rooms. But we did not hear any of this ourselves. We had to go to the reception desk in the lobby to find out, and only there did we discover that it was because my friend's credit card payment had not gone through when we checked in. However, the hotel staff refused to tell us this, apparently suspecting something else. So I would recommend that guests make sure that all the payments are ok before entering the hotel room and do take both breakfast and extra cleaning to avoid being suspected by the staff, which made staying at this hotel a very weird experience.
