In the winter, the area around Drammen is perfect for both cross-country and downhill skiing, and there are two ski resorts, Haukås and Drammen Skisenter, just 10 minutes away. You’ll find plenty to do in and around Drammen including golf courses, biking trails, weight training at Tuftepark, floating saunas, SUP and canoe rental, as well as many beautiful beaches to explore.

The building dates back to the 17th century, when Strømsø was one of Norway's most important ports. Yes – one of the things that makes Home Hotel Tollboden special is that dinner is included in the room rate. A dinner buffet is served each evening in the restaurant. Breakfast is also included, as well as afternoon “fika” with freshly brewed coffee and tea.
How far is the hotel from Drammen train station?
Just a 5-minute walk. This makes the hotel very convenient for those travelling by train from Oslo or other cities. Drammen is about 40 minutes from Oslo Central Station by train.
Is parking available at the hotel?
