Thanks to our expansive facilities and expertise in hosting events, the Clarion Hotel Trondheim is often alive with activity. Founded in 2012, we've quickly become a favourite both locally and internationally for events ranging from private functions to trade shows and conferences. If you're visiting us on business, there's plenty to enjoy outside of working hours. In addition to the restaurant and bar, we have an agreement with 3T Pirbadet next door – this well-equipped gym and fitness centre is open well into the evening, so you won’t have to set aside your daily workout even when you're away from home. The complex also has its own pool that our guests can use at their leisure. If you've got some much-deserved free time on your hands after a few days of meetings, take advantage of the hotel's excellent location. We're moments from ferry and metro transport links, or you can stroll along the waterfront within moments of leaving the front doors. Downtown is a few minutes' walk away, where you'll find plenty of places to eat and drink.
We're Norway's largest conference hotel, which means we have facilities for exhibitions, showcases, trade shows and much more. Our 20 conference rooms are packed with all the latest equipment, and we're happy to help you arrange your event.
The Cosmos multipurpose arena certainly lives up to its name – at 1,400m2, it can hold up to 1,800 people. Partitions are also possible. If you're looking for an impressively lit, expansive space for a major event, the Cosmos is the perfect choice.
Our welcoming Living Room can be hired and converted into a conference space. We also have 4 separate meeting rooms, depending on your event requirements, with the option of accommodating up to 111 people.
Our pride and joy, the Hoff Panorama, is located on the 9th floor of the hotel. Enjoy spectacular views of the Trondheim Fjord while you brainstorm with colleagues. This space is ideal for conferences and events with up to 20 people.
This charming meeting room is perfect for board meetings and creative workshops.
Food is what drives any good conference, so we're on hand with a wide range of choices. Choose from three packages: Basic, Some Extra and Let’s Go Crazy! You can fully customise your menu – and coffee and a lunch buffet are standard.
