You'll be within easy reach of the Storgatan high street, as well as Sweden's Glass Museum at the Småland Museum on the other side of the train station, which is just 7 minutes' walk away – ideal for those arriving by train! Other popular attractions include the House of Emigrants and Lake Växjö. The Linnéparken is a lovely park featuring wonderful flower beds – a true oasis here in the city centre. For a trip back in time, we recommend you to take the short drive to Kronoberg Castle ruins on the shores of Lake Helgasjön that once belonged to Gustav Vasa.
