What does the loyalty programme mean for me?
A range of fantastic benefits
With us, you get heaps of awesome perks! For example, you can step right into one of our hotels and get a free coffee, enjoy a 5–15% discount on your hotel stays, and gain exclusive access to concerts and events. Or how about having Monday breakfast at a hotel with someone you like, and only paying for one? This is just a small sample—if you want to see all member benefits, you can do so here.
Climb the membership tiers
There are four different membership tiers in our program: Blue, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. When you join, you get immediate access to all Blue benefits. As you reach a higher level, you qualify for even more perks. How do you move up? By staying with us, you collect qualifying nights that allow you to reach a higher tier and unlock more benefits. Silver requires 5 nights during a membership period, Gold requires 30 nights, and Platinum requires 60 nights.
Earn Spenn on your stays
You earn Spenn on your hotel stays. Spenn are flexible points that you can also earn with several other partners, opening up plenty of opportunities for you as a member. Spenn can be redeemed for hotel stays and other experiences with us, as well as a wide range of services from our partners. You can use your earned Spenn on whatever you like. Common questions
What counts as a qualifying night?
You'll get one qualifying night per hotel night, regardless of whether you've paid for it with money or Spenn as full or partial payment*. The number of qualifying nights determines your membership level. The more qualifying nights you have within the membership period, the higher your membership level and the more benefits you get.

How many Spenn do I earn?
You earn Spenn on all hotel stays. Your earnings are based on:
- Base earning
- Tier boost (member boost)
Your earnings per 10 kr / EUR 1:
- Blue: 3 Spenn (base earning)
- Silver: 3 Spenn (base earning) + 1 Spenn (member boost)
- Gold: 3 Spenn (base earning) + 2 Spenn (member boost)
- Platinum: 3 Spenn (base earning) + 3 Spenn (member boost)
During the campaign, you earn 3x Spenn on your base earning. Your tier boost is always added as usual, but is not multiplied. Please note that certain rates are excluded. Full details can always be found in our membership terms and conditions.
Can I book a hotel stay with Spenn?
You can pay for an overnight stay using your Spenn, a so-called Superdeal, once you have enough Spenn on your account. You can also use your Spenn as partial payment, as long as there are rooms available at the hotel.
How do I reach a higher level of membership?
Higher levels of membership are attainable via qualifying nights. You receive one qualifying night per overnight stay (certain exceptions apply – read the Terms & Conditions here). You need 5 qualifying nights during a membership period for Silver-level membership, 30 nights for Gold and 60 nights for Platinum.
