What does this mean?
What exactly is a Bonus night?
It’s a hotel stay that you pay for using the bonus points you have collected. A Bonus Night in a standard room usually costs between 10,000 and 40,000 points, depending on the hotel.
Bonus points were earned before the transition to Spenn, that is, before November 19, 2024.
What happens to my points on December 31, 2025?
The deadline for using your earned points is December 31, 2025. All bonus points remaining in your account after this date will be automatically deleted.
Can I convert my bonus points to Spenn?
As of November 19, 2024, as a member, you will earn Spenn on all new purchases, and it is not possible to convert bonus points to Spenn. If you use them for gift cards, you can retain their value for another 24 months and enjoy them for use on a hotel night, at a restaurant, or at a spa.

- Only applies to stays between December 1 - December 31, 2025.
- Only applies to bookings made via strawberryhotels.com, the app or our Customer Service. Payable with bonus points earned as part of a membership in Strawberry. Bonus points will be deducted at the time of booking. You cannot use bonus points for partial payments or use Spenn.
- Applies to standard double rooms for up to 2 people at more than 90 hotels. There is an additional charge of 5,000-10,000 bonus points for superior rooms at selected hotels.
- Please contact our Customer Service if you would like to add an extra bed for an additional charge, subject to availability.
- Does not apply to bookings that are changed to dates outside the booking period. Can be changed and cancelled until 4pm on the day of arrival via our Customer Service. For cancellations, all your bonus points will be refunded unless they have expired.
- Breakfast is included at all hotels, except for Comfort Hotel™ Xpress, At Six, Hotel Admiral and Stopover Hotel. If you stay at a Home Hotel, an afternoon fika and dinner are also included.
