How many Spenn do I earn?
You earn Spenn on all hotel stays. Your Spenn earning rates are based on your current membership level:
- Blue: 3 Spenn per 10 kr / 1 EUR
- Silver: 3 Spenn per 10 kr / 1 EUR +10% extra Spenn
- Gold: 3 Spenn per 10 kr / 1 EUR + 20% extra Spenn
- Platinum: 3 Spenn per 10 kr / 1 EUR + 30% extra Spenn

What is Spenn and what does it mean for members?
Spenn are flexible points that can be earned, saved, and used across partners in the Nordic region. It’s not a loyalty program, but points for you to get more out of your membership with us. You earn Spenn when you stay at our hotels, and you can track your Spenn balance on "My Pages" and in the Spenn app – where you’ll also find personalized offers and benefits. As a member, you can even use your earned Spenn to get a great value on various Red Carpet experiences. In the Spenn app, we collect everything you’ve earned, so you can use your Spenn exactly how you want!
What should I do if I am missing Spenn after a campaigns, such as double or triple Spenn or Mastercard.
First check that the following terms and conditions have been met:
- Have 24 hours elapsed since the standard Spenn were registered on your profile under "My Pages"?
- Have you booked in accordance with the specific terms and conditions for the offer?
Some offers are only registered once per month or on a specific date, but mostly your additional Spenn will be registered once you have checked out. These terms are listed on the offer page.
If all terms and conditions have been met, but your Spenn are still not registered on your member page, please contact our Customer Service.
How long will my earned Spenn be valid?
Your earned Spenn will be valid for 36 months from the month they were earned.
Can I book a hotel stay with Spenn?
You can pay for an overnight stay using your Spenn, a so-called Superdeal, once you have enough Spenn on your account. You can also use your Spenn as partial payment, as long as there are rooms available at the hotel.
